Magnesium-B is a mineral-vitamin food supplement that contains, in addition to magnesium, B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12), vitamin C, folic acid and betaine hydrochloride, allowing ensure that these essential elements are adequately met in order to meet the needs of the body with only a single daily intake. B vitamins and vitamin C are not synthesized or stored by the body in significant quantities and it is therefore important to ensure adequate daily support in adequate quantities. Magnesium-B contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy, to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system, to reduce fatigue, to the normal metabolic energy producer, to normal psychological function and mental performance, to the normal functioning of the heart and the production of red blood cells, and hormonal regulation.
Take 1 tablet daily after one meal. To optimize the effects of Magnesium-B, it is recommended to use continuous periods of at least three months, with no definite limitation on the maximum duration of intake.
